  1. I agree that lemons do have lots of great properties, but think twice before consuming its peel. Yes, it does contain good stuff, but it is safe to eat it only if you grow lemons in your own gaden and don’t sprinkle them with anything. Maybe ecologically-grown lemons are a bit better option, but those bought at the ordinary grocery store usually contain toxins, especially the peel. Stay safe.

  2. Isn’t the reason you wash them to clean the peel of toxins? Are you saying that a good washing won’t do the job? It so, then maybe the toxins have penetrated into the fruit and we shouldn’t be eating them at all. I for one think that washed fruit is fine to eat, but always wash it well. All the things that touch the outside of our fruits and vegetables are potentially hazardous……

    • The thing about non-organics is that they all have trace amounts of chemicals from the horticulture methods used. The outside of the fruit/veggie will always have more than the actual fruit itself (peel/skin, etc…), because that is what is being most directly sprayed by such chemicals. However, this is not a detrimental thing, if you don’t consider potential long-term effects on the body. Though, I would totally recommend using organic fruit in cases like this, where you are using the whole of the fruit, rather than just the inside.

  3. I’m excited to try this out and yes if washed in the cider vinegar it will take the toxins away.I really wish I had known about this two years ago when my husband was dying of cancer I think it could have helped him a lot.Thank you I can now let my mother know for her arthritis.

  4. Thank you for sharing this lemon method for drinking or eating that helps fight cancer and other deadly diseases. I had nose cancer and gone for radiation and chemotherapy already but now I develop another tumor in my left sinus. They will do a surgery to remove it since I cannot have another radiation but yes with chemotherapy. Chemo will not help so a surgery is a must to save my life. I will take this after a surgery. I’ll learn to speak and eat again.
